Wildedge is a hotel development and real estate advisory firm with deep experience in hotel operations, hotel renovation, hotel restructuring and repositioning of underperforming hotel assets.

Wildedge considers all options when assessing new or distressed hotel assets, including providing new equity; restructuring senior, junior and mezz debt tranches; rebranding & repositioning; implementing new sales & marketing strategies; implementing new or refining existing cost controls; training and/or retraining personnel; developing new F&B concepts; performing a detailed review of existing management or a combination of all of the above.

    Combined 2 hotels into a 331 room non-gaming hotel on the Boardwalk in Atlantic City.

  • the Cooper Square Hotel

    Pre-development consulting for new build ground-up hotel project in New York City.

  • Hotel on Rivington

    Project director for complete technology infrastructure rebuild for 110 room boutique hotel on the lower east side of New York City.

  • Ocean House / Beach Shack

    Developed new beachside hotel concept from dilapidated motel on the beach in Cape May, NJ.

  • Crescent Hotel Group

    Project consultant engaged in 2002 to develop new hotel concept and open 35 room boutique hotel in Beverly Hills, CA.  In 2009 coordinated all technology and systems requirements for second Crescent hotel in San Francisco.
