| the Chelsea - Atlantic City
Hotel Renovation & Repositioning Project
In 2006 Cape Advisors engaged Wildedge to guide them in combining, repositioning, re-branding and renovating the two adjacent hotels they had purchased into a single 331 room 248,000 sq/ft boutique hotel on the Boardwalk in Atlantic City, NJ. Wildedge quickly established the concept of "Returning Style and Luxury to the Boardwalk" as the underlying misison of the project.
The
new hotel, called the Chelsea, is NOW OPEN and is a luxury non-gaming beach side destination hotel with a full service luxury spa, two world class restaurants by Stephen Starr, a nightclub & indoor/outdoor lounge overseen by the proprietors of the Beatrice Inn and two outdoor pools, one a seasonally heated saltwater pool.
Brand Development and Marketing: Wildedge guided the development of the new brand identity systems for the hotel, both restaurants and the spa, wrote the positioning and brand strategy as well as directed the development of all printed collateral design, sales &
marketing materials (including the hotel's website), email and direct mail marketing campaigns, PR campaigns and coordinated with joint-venture partners Starr Restaurants and the principals of the Beatrice Inn.
Operations Consulting: Wildedge helped develop and reconfigure the design of the back of house areas so they were more efficient and was also
responsible for the identification and vetting of key hotel staff.
Low Voltage Coordination: Wildedge managed the design and implementation of all low voltage systems within the hotel which are comprised of the audio/visual systems, telephone (PBX and wiring), data and telephone cabling/drops, security camera placement, access control systems,
wi-fi and wired internet. Wildedge also managed a number of sub-contractors for the associated cabling, installation and testing of these systems.
Technology Consulting: Wildedge managed the transition and migration, as well as upgrade and initial support of the hotel's new property management system (PMS) and key card access components as well as all associated
software and hardware relating to online reservation booking engine, credit card processing, interfaces to on-property software, database management and all hotel networking requirements (wired and wi-fi) and server room specifications.
Cape May, NJ
Wildedge is also working with Cape Advisors on new brand identity development and low voltage systems for a new beach side vacation resort product called Ocean House in Cape May, NJ.
Brand Development: Wildedge developed the brand identity, associated collateral design, restaurant naming and concept development.
Low Voltage Coordination: Wildedge is managing MTS to execute the low voltage design for the audio visual systems as well as the cabling infrastructure for all television, telephone and internet services.

The Hotel on Rivington is a newly constructed 110 room boutique hotel located on the lower east side of Manhattan. After a successful opening
of the hotel and launch of the critically acclaimed restaurant THOR, the hotel turned to Wildedge to assist it with the stabilizing of its technology infrastructure.
After an initial assessment, Wildedge
recommended a number of enhancements in order to provide more security, efficiency and overall stability to the hotel's myriad servers and front and back office computers and the hotel's property management system Opera PMS. Over a three month engagement period, Wildedge
rebuilt and re-structured the configuration of the hotel's entire technology infrastructure, while seamlessly coordinating with a number of external vendors including Micros Fidelio, Opera, MAS-90, Oracle and Paetec to maintain 99.9% uptime through the transition.
We were also able to provide a single point of accountability for the management of the hotel's IT resources and security, while creating a stable operating environment for the entire hotel staff.
TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING: Through it's wholly owned subsidiary Medici Systems, Wildedge continues to manage all of the technology and IT support needs for the Hotel on Rivington, including the wired and wireless networks and associated security,
employee e-mail and server security, maintenance and backups, front desk reservation and PMS systems, and the POS system for THOR restaurant, as well as maintenance and security for the back office computers and various other technology needs. Since our engagement,
the Hotel on Rivington has seen a dramatic increase in the efficiency and stability of all of its systems.

the Crescent is a chic, modern 35 room hotel in Beverly Hills that opened in July 2003 after a significant redesign and repositioning effort.

Wildedge supports the Crescent's property level management team with marketing and technology services on an ongoing basis.
BRANDING: Wildedge developed the Crescent's brand identity and brand strategy.
PRINT & ADVERTISING: Wildedge developed all of the Crescent's printed collateral materials, advertising campaigns and currently handles
a number of other marketing responsibilities for the hotel.
WEB: Wildedge designed and continues to host and maintain the Crescent's website.
CREATIVE DIRECTION: Wildedge has produced and managed various photo shoots over the past 3 years in order to capture the essence of the hotel for all of its
marketing initiatives. All photos are used for marketing collateral, PR, the website and other marketing communications put out by the hotel.
TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING: Through it's wholly owned subsidiary Medici Systems, Wildedge manages all of the technology requirements and IT support needs for the Crescent including wired and wireless network security,
e-mail and server security and maintenance, front desk and RoomMaster 2000 PMS system maintenance and security, back office computer support and various other technology needs for the Crescent and its restaurant Boe. Since our engagement,
the Crescent has seen a dramatic increase in efficiency and stability of all of its systems.

Wildedge is an investor and also participated in the assembly, financing and development of the 22 story, 148 room Cooper Square Hotel in downtown Manhattan which will have a destination restaurant operated by Table8, three bars, a venue space and other surprises. The hotel is expected to open in Fall 2008.
Wildedge has been involved since inception and has participated in concept development, due diligence, equity sourcing, hotel program analysis & development as well as the assembly of the project team which includes design architect Carlos Zapata, interior designer Antonio Citterio & Partners,
and Perkins | Eastman as executive architect.

and implemented a powerful and secure web-based student information and program management application for SAI using PGSQL.
