100% leased to Citibank, Core Power Yoga, One Medical, Tend Dental, My Salon Suites & Maman Cafe.

 

In June 2016, DNA Development, an affiliate of wildedge, closed on the purchase of an 8 story garage located at 12 West 48th Street at Rockefeller Center. 

 

The buidling was demolished between October 2016 and December 2016: 

final demolition condition.

 

The new 30,000 square foot  mixed use glass jewel box retail/office building is nearly complete:
