Wildedge worked with the developers for an initial period of 14 months and advised on the acquisition & site assembly (corner lot and center lots) and coordinated the due diligence (phase I & II environmental, zoning lot merger) and pre-development (architect & interior designer selection) phases of this ground up hotel project. Wildedge also managed the RFP process for the selection of design architect Carlos Zapata, interior designer Antonio Citterio & Partners, and executive architects Perkins | Eastman.
