    Introduced an off-market hotel deal to Chesapeake Lodging Trust and provided buy-side acquisition advisory and due diligence support services. 

  • the Chelsea

    Combined 2 hotels into a 331 room non-gaming hotel on the Boardwalk in Atlantic City.

  • the Cooper Square Hotel

    Pre-development consulting for new build ground-up hotel project in New York City.

  • Crescent Hotel Group

    Project consultant engaged in 2002 to develop new hotel concept and open 35 room boutique hotel in Beverly Hills, CA.  In 2009 coordinated all technology and systems requirements for second Crescent hotel in San Francisco.

  • Ocean House / Beach Shack

    Developed new beachside hotel concept from dilapidated motel on the beach in Cape May, NJ.

  • Hotel on Rivington

    Project lead for complete technology infrastructure rebuild for 110 room boutique hotel on the lower east side of New York City.
